National Book Trust (NBT), India, Launches Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya App for Children and Adolescents

The National Book Trust (NBT), India, under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, has launched the Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya App, a National Digital Library for Children and Adolescents. This app provides free access to thousands of age-appropriate books, including stories, biographies, science fiction, and classics.

As part of this initiative, an Amrit Kaal Story-Writing Competition is being organized through the app to foster creativity among the youth of India. The competition aims to provide students with the opportunity to showcase their storytelling talents by writing stories that reflect hope, innovation, and transformation for India.

Details of the Amrit Kaal Story-Writing Competition Competition:

1. Eligibility: Students of Classes IX-XII.

2. Last Date for Registration: 4th October 2024

3. Story Submission: 5th October 2024 – 12th October 2024

4. How to Register: Students can register via the Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya App, available for download on both Android and iOS platforms.
