Understanding the Formula

The calculator uses a simple formula to determine your attendance percentage:

Attendance Percentage = (Classes Attended ÷ Total Classes Held) × 100

For future projections with optional fields, it calculates: Required Attendance = (Target% × (Total Held + Future) – Attended) and Projected Percentage = (Attended + Future Attended) ÷ (Total Held + Future Classes) × 100.
