The Union Ministry of Education has launched the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 2.0” campaign. This campaign is for all students from class 1 to 12. Students will honor their mothers by planting a tree or sapling in their name. Through this noble act, they will also help protect the nature around them.

To join “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 2.0,” students must fill out a form on the official link. They will enter their name, class, age, school UDISE ID, and parents’ names. They also have to upload a picture with their mother and the tree. The Ministry of Education will give students an appreciation certificate, which they can download online.
