ISRO Free Online Course for Teachers – SETU 2025 : Hello teachers, You’re all familiar with ISRO – India’s leading space research organisation and one of the top in the world. While ISRO is known for space missions and scientific advancements, it also plays a role in educating the nation.
Continuing this mission, ISRO has launched a free online certificate course called SETU 2025. This course on Space Technology and Applications is designed specifically for school teachers under the Space Educators Training and Skill Upgradation Programme.
ISRO SETU 2025: 5-day online space training for school teachers, know the application process and course information
The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has announced SETU 2025 (Space Education Training and Knowledge Upgradation Programme) for school teachers. This 5-day online training program will run from June 9 to June 13, 2025. This year’s theme is “Space Technology and Application”.
This SETU 2025 program is especially for teachers who teach science, mathematics, geography or computer science from class 9 to 12. This course is completely free and will be conducted in collaboration with IIRS (Indian Institute of Remote Sensing) through online medium.
Through this free ISRO course, teachers will get information about topics like Indian space program, satellite technology, remote sensing and GIS based solutions.
This special training organized by ISRO will not only equip teachers with space science and technical knowledge but will also enable them to impart this knowledge to students in an interesting and scientific way.
This program actively promotes scientific thinking and practical education, aligning with the goals of the National Education Policy 2020.
